Video Evidence
| *Please note that because we offer 3 levels of anonymity for our clients not all of our evidence can be published for the public to see. Also, the evidence posted on our site is property of the Paranormal & Occult Research Team and cannot be used in any manner without written approval from either the Founder or Co-Founder of P.O.R.T. |
Tips for recording video evidence
1. Avoid taking video during inclement weather conditions (rain, snow, hail, sand storm) or where smoke is visible.
2. Hold the camera still. Movement will distort the video.
3. Use zip ties, tape, nails or screws to fasten down any static video cameras (obviously with permission from the client).
4. Know what your equipment can and cannot do. Test it out before going on an investigation. The last thing you want is to get there, be excited, and your gear doesn't work!
5. Never record video straight on with a bright light. It will create a glare and destroy any possible evidence you may have.
6. Take time to clean your lens & charge your IR lamps! |
